DELIVERY PACK · STRUCTURE EXAMPLE
One process, three stages
This is the full workflow reference. Review depth and reporting follow L1–L4: L1 provides basic QC; full domain-expert review is part of L3. You can request human-only translation at L3 or L4.
01 · Preparation
Your files, intended use and requirements
Send the current files, references, languages and intended use by email or an agreed transfer method. A project manager confirms the scope and delivery arrangements; preparing a website email draft does not upload files.
02 · Production and review
Terminology, language and quality checks
Where AI-assisted processing is agreed, the selected tool produces a draft subject to the project terminology and handling restrictions. Human-only translation can be requested at L3 or L4; the delivery schedule is confirmed for the actual files.
Check agreed terminology against the applicable client glossary and references. Record inconsistencies and unresolved terms for confirmation; the checks and terminology deliverables follow the project scope.
Human review depth follows the selected service level. L3 includes full domain-expert review of the document. Confirm the required expertise, reference materials and acceptance criteria before work starts.
Quality checks use the applicable error-classification method and agreed service level. Confirm sampling, reporting and acceptance criteria; QC reporting and any written quality commitment are agreed for the project when needed.
03 · Delivery and reuse
Final files, terminology and feedback
Deliver the agreed languages and file formats after the source-file assessment. Native-format restoration, layout checks and coordinated multi-language release are confirmed in the scope; QA reporting follows the service level.
Deliver approved terminology pairs and maintain client-specific resources where agreed. Confirm the glossary version, approval owner, reuse, export and retention arrangements; a new termbase is not assumed for every project.
Record agreed feedback, terminology and style preferences for subsequent work within the agreed retention and reuse terms. Confirm how source changes and open issues will be handled in the next project.

Send the current source version, intended use, language direction, deadline and approved references. Tell us about confidentiality requirements and any restrictions on AI tools at briefing.
A project manager coordinates the files and requirements. Translation, review, QA and formatting follow the agreed service level; approved terms and feedback support subsequent projects.

Use the three-question guide if you are unsure. The level sets what is reviewed and the quality commitment; an AI draft alone does not establish fitness for the intended use.

Model assignment varies by language and stage. People direct the workflow and determine the required review.
Chinese-language translation and review
Used for Chinese-language drafting and terminology work where appropriate. Confirm project-specific suitability and review requirements.
Foreign-language translation and review
A translation option for supported language pairs. Language coverage does not replace terminology checks or the agreed human review.
Creative content in foreign languages
Can assist with alternative phrasing, tone and register. The agreed human review determines whether the copy fits its readers.
Regulatory and legal review
Can assist with checking references and conditional wording. Model output does not establish regulatory compliance or replace specialist judgment.
Model selection follows the agreed project requirements. If no-training is required for your project, tell us before sharing files so we can confirm the processing route and applicable terms. Confidentiality & security →
Checks behind the delivery
These controls support the delivery. The selected service level determines review depth and reporting.
Approved client terminology and references guide the project. Confirm glossary creation, update responsibilities and delivery format in the scope; terminology assets support consistency across subsequent versions.
The document type, intended use and service level determine the specialist review required. Confirm the relevant domain experience and review responsibilities before work starts; full domain-expert review is part of L3.
Quality checks follow the service level and agreed acceptance criteria. Where the LISA QA framework is used, defects are classified by severity and category. A QC report can be agreed when needed; this framework is not a separate certification.
NDAs are available. Agree file access, transfer, retention and AI restrictions before sharing sensitive material. If no-training is required for your project, tell us before sharing files so we can confirm the processing route and applicable terms. Specific technical controls must be confirmed for the project.

Project questions
If no-training is required for your project, tell us before sharing files so we can confirm the processing route and applicable terms. NDAs are available. Before sharing sensitive files, agree the permitted tools, access, transfer, retention and deletion requirements. Zero retention, encryption arrangements or local deployment must be confirmed for the specific project; they are not universal promises.
A fluent draft can still contain terminology, meaning or context errors. Human review checks the aspects agreed for the service level, including specialist review at L3. Translation review supports the intended use; it does not guarantee regulatory approval or replace the responsibilities of the applicant or manufacturer. Delivery responsibilities and acceptance criteria are agreed in writing.
Provide approved terms, previous translations and the current source version. The team uses these references in translation and the checks included in your service level. Agree how new terms are approved, how version changes are handled, and whether a project glossary is included in the delivery.
You can request human-only translation at L3 or L4. Confirm the permitted tools and handling requirements before work starts, especially for sensitive files. Terminology and QA tools may still be used within the agreed restrictions.
Model selection varies by language, document type, stage and confidentiality terms. The model examples above describe possible roles, not a fixed assignment for every file. Human review, QC and reporting follow the agreed L1–L4 scope; a model name alone does not establish suitability for your intended use.
Delivery dates are confirmed after reviewing the files, volume, language pair, formatting, review scope and required deadline. Regulatory and technically complex material may require additional review time. Tell us your deadline so we can assess feasibility; an inquiry response or quotation time is not a promise to complete the translation within that period.
Pricing depends on source word count, language pair, content type and service level. L1 and L2 offer indicative savings versus human-only translation; L3 is comparable to human-only, while L4 carries a 20–50% premium for expert translation and creative adaptation. NDAs are available, and our policy requires appropriate confidentiality terms for the people handling client material. Request evidence of the required coverage before work starts. Where AI assists, it operates inside our controlled delivery workflow under human direction. If no-training is required for your project, tell us before sharing files so we can confirm the processing route and applicable terms. Tell us about specific handling, retention or AI restrictions at briefing so the project requirements can be agreed.
Yes. Agree version control, terminology ownership, review responsibilities and a delivery schedule for recurring work. Approved terminology and feedback can support later projects. Published case studies show specific ongoing relationships; they do not guarantee the same result or timetable for a new project.
