For standard projects: within 2 hours of file upload during business hours. For complex multi-language or compliance projects: 24–48 hours. Enterprise clients on framework agreements receive priority quoting.
A minimum project fee applies for very small orders (equivalent to ~500 source words). This covers project setup, terminology matching, and QA overhead. For high-frequency small projects, a framework agreement bundles volume and reduces per-project overhead significantly.
Yes — in two ways. Volume-based framework agreements offer rate discounts. Your accumulated Translation Memory (TM) also reduces cost on repeat content — previously translated segments are matched at significant discount. Many clients see 30–50% effective cost reduction on repeat content over time.
Yes. We offer Master Service Agreements (MSA) covering rate schedules, service level commitments, NDA terms, invoicing cycles, and dedicated account management. Common for enterprise clients with recurring high-volume needs.
