Yes. NDAs are standard for all enterprise engagements. All translators and reviewers sign individual confidentiality agreements. We can accommodate your company NDA template or use ours.
Files are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access is role-based — only the assigned project team can view client files. Files are deleted within 90 days of project completion unless retention is requested.
No. We use enterprise API access with data retention disabled. Your content is never used for model training by us or by the AI providers we work with. This is contractually guaranteed. On-premise AI processing is available for clients requiring additional assurance.
Yes. All translators, reviewers, and QA specialists sign individual confidentiality agreements as a condition of engagement. For semiconductor IP and medical content, we can provide evidence of signed agreements on request.
Source files are deleted within 90 days of project completion. Translation Memories and glossaries are retained as client assets while the relationship is active. On project close, clients can request full data deletion with a deletion confirmation certificate.
