Yes. All projects are assigned a dedicated project manager who provides regular status updates. Enterprise clients on MSA arrangements have access to a client portal with real-time project dashboards. Milestone notifications are sent at draft completion, expert review, QC sign-off, and delivery.
Scope changes are handled through a change order process. For additions under 10% of original scope, we typically absorb within the existing project. Larger additions receive a supplemental quote within 4 hours. We recommend finalizing source files before project start to avoid timeline disruption.
Yes. Rush delivery (24–48 hour turnaround) is available with a priority surcharge. For compliance-critical content, we recommend against compressing expert review below 48 hours — quality risk increases significantly. Contact us with your deadline and we will assess feasibility honestly.
